The website explains individual financial-planning consultations focused on debt repayment and emergency-fund planning. Information is general education, not personalized advice until you engage us under a separate written proposal.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Financial planning depends on your income, discipline, and external events. We do not guarantee debt elimination by a specific date, investment returns, or credit-score changes. Advertising on third-party platforms must remain truthful; we avoid exaggerated claims on this site.

4. Professional boundaries

We are not a bank, lender, broker, or law firm. We do not provide regulated investment advice unless separately licensed and contracted. Referrals to other professionals are suggestions only.

5. Consultation fees

Paid engagements are confirmed in writing with scope and fees before work begins. Unless stated in your proposal, prices are quoted in THB and exclude third-party charges.

6. Intellectual property

Site text, layouts, and deliverables prepared for you are protected by copyright. You may use plan documents for personal household purposes; redistribution or resale requires written permission.

7. Acceptable use

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for site use is limited to direct damages arising from our proven negligence, capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
